As part of its rapid expansion in the global blueberry market, our client identified the need to strengthen quality governance across its international supply chain. With operations spanning the USA, Peru, and China, the business required a Quality Manager capable of delivering consistent standards while navigating diverse regulatory and cultural environments.

The successful candidate needed strong expertise in quality systems, bilingual communication capability, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple regions. Extensive international travel was also a core requirement of the role.

In addition, the client sought strong leadership, analytical capability, and deep knowledge of the berry sector. This combination significantly narrowed the available talent pool.
